solution: step1: downloads software from ( HDDLLFsetup.4.40.exe )and install (HDDLLFsetup.4.40.exe)
step2:open (Hard Disk Low-Level Format Tool) and click (continue») select (low-level format) tick the (perform quick wipe) format the device
step3: right-click on this PC and go to the computer management and (disk management) right-click on the Unallocated partition and create a new simple volume.
